1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Ideal Education, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The service

Ideal Education is an online education service connecting students with teachers through live sessions, recorded video, quizzes, and course materials. Courses run in fixed-term cycles (typically one semester); we don't guarantee any particular teacher's continued availability beyond a course's stated term.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Course access is billed per cycle.
  • Payments are collected directly from you at the time each cycle is due; there is no automatic recurring charge against a stored card.
  • Each payment is completed through our payment provider's secure checkout.
  • Access runs for a full billing cycle from your payment date, capped at the course's stated term end; it is not prorated, and it is not tied to a shared date with other students in the same course.
  • Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), inclusive of any applicable tax.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle but does not end your access early; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not itself generate a refund; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the separate, limited refund window.

6. Content and intellectual property

Course materials, recorded videos, and other content on Ideal Education are owned by us and/or the respective teachers, and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not download, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

  • Don't share your account credentials.
  • Don't attempt to access another user's account or data.
  • Don't cause disruptive behaviour in live sessions.
  • Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

8. Limitation of liability

Ideal Education is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interruptions to live sessions caused by third-party providers (e.g. video conferencing or payment providers).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users; continued use of Ideal Education after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
